Young Entrepreneur Lab gives ideas structure: identify a problem, consider who it affects, imagine a useful response, make something, test it, and explain why it matters.

Entrepreneurship begins before a business exists.
The first entrepreneurial skill is not pitching. It is noticing. What is frustrating, inefficient, confusing, missing, or worth improving? Who experiences the problem? What would make a solution genuinely useful?
Young Entrepreneur Lab helps participants slow an idea down enough to understand it—and then move it forward through action.
The practical arc
Build enough to learn something.
Understand the user
Consider who might use the idea, what they need, and why the current situation is not enough.
Shape a solution
Make the idea more specific: what it does, why it matters, and what would make it useful.
Make a simple version
Create an age-appropriate prototype, model, demonstration, or presentation.
Test and revise
Use feedback as information and treat change as part of improving the idea.
Communicate the work
Explain the problem, intended user, solution, learning, and next step.
Young Entrepreneur Lab is a working product name. Final ages, formats, and project examples remain subject to approval.

How AI supports the work
A creation tool—not the entire experience.
AI may help a participant explore, organize, visualize, write, prototype, or test part of an idea. The participant remains responsible for the direction, judgment, and final presentation.
The Lab is about entrepreneurship and creation. AI is one part of the modern builder's toolkit, not a substitute for understanding the problem or the people involved.
